The first payment is not collateral; it is part of the sale price and is deducted from it. The sale price is fixed when you buy: whether gold rises or falls afterwards, the total you pay does not change. A separate transaction and approval record is created for each Deferred-Payment Purchase. You can complete the remaining sale price within the term, or sell back all or part of the product quantity you hold.
How does the system work?
- Choose your product Choose the physical precious metal and the quantity you want to buy at live prices.
- Make your first payment 10% of the total sale price is collected as the first payment.
- Your sale price is fixed The product's sale price is set the moment the Deferred-Payment Purchase is created. Later market moves do not change the total sale price set in the contract.
- Complete the remaining price You can complete the remaining sale price under the terms set in the contract within 6 months at most.
- Physical delivery Once the sale price is paid in full, you can request physical delivery of eligible products.
Purchases in the demo account are for practice; a demo balance cannot complete a price and cannot create a physical delivery request.
A worked example
100 grams of gold (illustrative figures)
- Sale price of 100 grams of gold
- $145/g
- Total sale price
- $14,500
- First payment (10%)
- $1,450
- Remaining sale price
- $13,050
The sale price is set the moment the Deferred-Payment Purchase is created. Once the remaining sale price and the costs stated in the contract are paid, physical delivery can be requested.
First payment, period and fee terms
Terms
- First payment
- 10% — credited to the sale price. The first payment is not collateral.
- Sale price
- The price at the moment of purchase. The total sale price is fixed as this price × the quantity.
- Transaction record
- The main Platform / User Agreement is approved once. Each Deferred-Payment Purchase gets its own transaction number and its own transaction / approval record. That record carries the product, quantity, sale price, first payment, remaining sale price, final payment date, operation service fee and the approval details.
- Payment period
- The remaining price is paid within 180 days at the latest, in one go or in parts. The final payment date is in the transaction summary.
- Operation service fee
- Daily; its rate is fixed at the purchase and never changes to your detriment. Nothing accrues for the purchase day, it accrues once per calendar day and the accrued amount is shown as a separate item.
- Day 180 and after
- New accrual of the operation service fee stops on day 180. On day 181 a payment notice / formal reminder is sent to the customer and an extra payment period of 30 calendar days is granted. No new operation service fee accrues during this extra period. If it is still unpaid after the extra period, the purchase moves to "Payment overdue"; any follow-up is limited to the contract and to what the law allows.
- If the price falls
- Your sale price stays fixed; the Deferred-Payment Purchase is not closed because of a price move and no extra payment is asked of you. You complete the remaining sale price by the final payment date.
- Sell back
- You can sell back only up to the quantity you bought and still hold in the system, all of it or part of it. In a partial sell back only the chosen quantity is settled; the rest continues in the same Deferred-Payment Purchase. Net settlement = current buy-back value − remaining sale price − accrued operation service fee; the amount is shown before you confirm.
- Trading hours
- Weekdays 08:00–22:00 (Istanbul). Paying the remaining price is possible at any time.
How is physical delivery made?
Delivery is requested for a product that is paid in full and shown in your metal wallet; for collection at a delivery point the request is prepared within 3 business days at the latest. Any shipping, insurance, packaging or special-transport fee is shown before the delivery is approved. Products open to delivery in the English interface:
- Gram gold (24 carat / 995 fineness)
- 18 carat and 14 carat gram gold
- Kilogram gold bullion
- Kilogram silver
Delivery is made by hand, by appointment, at the İstanbul Kuyumcukent or Kapalıçarşı delivery point; for eligible products, insured valuable shipment or special transport to a verified address can also be chosen. Delivery is checked per product, not against your total balance owed: if your metal wallet holds a product that is paid in full and available, a balance still owed on another Deferred-Payment Purchase does not block its delivery.
Identity is verified at delivery; when a request is submitted the quantity is set aside in the metal wallet. See the Delivery, Sell Back and Return Terms (Turkish text prevails) for the process and conditions.
Things to keep in mind
- The Pars Global Gold system is for buying and selling physical precious metals. In a Deferred-Payment Purchase the sale price is set on the transaction date. The remaining sale price can be completed within the period stated in the contract. A physical delivery request can be made for eligible products whose price has been paid in full.
- The fixed price fixes your total; if the market price falls you still pay the same total. If you sell back before paying in full, the current price can leave a difference in your favour or against you.
- The operation service fee grows with time; its new accrual stops on day 180.
- Pars Global Gold is not a bank and does not give investment advice. Review the terms in the transaction summary before you decide.

Buying gold at today's price, paying 10% of the total now and the rest within 180 days at the latest. The first payment is credited to the sale price; the first payment is not collateral.
Is the gold price fixed?
Yes. The sale price is fixed when you buy; later rises or falls do not change the total sale price.
When do I have to pay the rest?
Within 180 days at the latest, in one go or in parts. New accrual of the operation service fee stops on day 180. On day 181 a payment notice / formal reminder is sent to the customer and an extra payment period of 30 calendar days is granted. No new operation service fee accrues during this extra period.
If the price falls, is my purchase closed?
No. Your sale price is fixed; the Deferred-Payment Purchase is not closed because of a price move and no extra payment is asked of you.
Can I sell back part of my purchase?
Yes. You can sell back only up to the quantity you bought and still hold in the system, all of it or part of it. In a partial sell back only the chosen quantity is settled; the rest continues in the same Deferred-Payment Purchase. The rest keeps the same final payment date.
How do I collect my gold?
Once the rest is paid, the product moves to your metal wallet; you create a delivery request and collect it in person with your ID at a delivery point, or choose insured shipping to your verified address for eligible products.
