What is Pars Global Gold?

Pars Global Gold is a digital precious-metals platform where you can follow precious metal prices, buy and sell the products offered in the system, and raise a physical delivery request for eligible products.

Can I buy and sell gold on Pars Global Gold?

Users can use the buying and selling features available for their account type and for the products offered in the system. The products shown in the English interface are gram gold (24 carat), 18 carat and 14 carat gram gold, kilogram gold bullion and kilogram silver, quoted in US dollars. Real-account trading hours are 08:00–22:00 Türkiye time; no real-account trading takes place on Saturdays or Sundays.

Can I take physical delivery of my gold?

For products eligible for physical delivery, you can raise a delivery request subject to the quantities and conditions shown in the system. Once the request is approved, the product is collected in person from a pickup point by appointment. Physical delivery is available on real accounts only.

Can I see gold prices without registering?

Yes. The market screen showing live gold, silver and currency quotes is public: live price screen. You need an account to trade or to raise a physical delivery request.

What is a demo account?

The demo account is a practice environment that lets you try the system and its trading screens without using real money. Demo activity creates no real investment and no real ownership of precious metal, and a demo balance cannot be used to request physical delivery.

Where does physical delivery take place?

Physical delivery is made from the pickup points defined in the system. In the English interface these are İstanbul Kuyumcukent and İstanbul Kapalıçarşı. You choose the pickup point when you raise the delivery request; the appointment date and time are given to you once the request is approved.

Is Pars Global Gold a bank?

No. Pars Global Gold is not a bank, does not take deposits and does not offer any product covered by deposit insurance. The platform is operated by PARS MÜCEVHERAT VE HEDİYELİK EŞYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a commercial e-commerce business that buys, sells and delivers physically backed precious metal products. The company is registered with ETBİS, the Turkish Ministry of Trade's e-commerce information system.
