How Does Physical Gold Delivery Work?

The physical counterpart of precious metal bought through Pars Global Gold can be collected by appointment for eligible products. This page sets out the delivery process as it is actually operated, step by step.

Which products can be delivered physically?

Physical delivery is raised against precious metal held in the user's metal wallet and paid for in full. The product groups open to delivery in the English interface are:

• Gram gold (24 carat / 995 fineness)
• 18 carat and 14 carat gram gold
• Kilogram gold bullion
• Kilogram silver

The deliverable quantity is shown separately per product on the delivery screen. Quantities tied to an open position, or not yet paid for in full, cannot be delivered.

Is there a minimum quantity?

The system defines no fixed minimum delivery quantity per product; the deliverable quantity is whatever free balance you hold in your metal wallet, and it is shown on the delivery screen. Kilogram-denominated products are delivered in their physical unit.

Pickup points

Delivery is by appointment from Pars Global Gold's İstanbul pickup points: Kuyumcukent and Kapalıçarşı.

The company's registered office is not a pickup point; delivery is made only from the points above. A Tehran pickup point is additionally offered in the Persian interface.

The request process

1. Choose the product and quantity. Enter the product and the quantity to be collected on the metal wallet screen.
2. Choose the pickup point. Select one of the pickup points defined in the system.
3. Submit the request. Submitting the request blocks the corresponding quantity in the metal wallet so that it can no longer be sold.
4. Name a representative if you wish. If someone else will collect on your behalf, add their name and Turkish ID number to the request; that person's identity is verified at handover.

The approval process

The submitted request is reviewed by our operations team. Approval covers account checks, payment checks and stock checks. On approval, a delivery date, time, place and a delivery code unique to you are set and sent by in-app notification and e-mail. You must give that code, together with your identity document, to the member of staff at handover.

Until the goods are handed over you can cancel a pending or approved request; on cancellation the blocked quantity returns to your metal wallet.

Delivery times

Under the Delivery and Return Terms, delivery from a pickup point takes at most 3 business days from approval of the delivery request. The appointment is set within that window and according to the pickup point's opening hours.

Identity verification and security procedure

Identity is verified both before and at delivery. The user must present a valid identity document at handover; goods are not released to a person whose identity cannot be verified. Identity document verification (KYC) will already have been completed at the account stage for real-account activity.

If a representative will collect on your behalf, their name and Turkish ID number are recorded on the request in advance and checked at handover.

Delivery charges

Where packaging, handling, operations and service charges apply to a delivery, they are shown to the user separately when the delivery request is raised or on the trading screen. No charge is collected beyond the product price without having been shown to the user.

Invoicing

An invoice is issued for the delivered product. The invoice details are drawn from the buyer information on your account.
