Pars Global Gold is a digital precious-metals platform where users can follow live precious metal prices, buy and sell the products offered in the system, and request physical delivery of eligible products.

The platform sets out to hold digital convenience and physical ownership of precious metal inside one structure. Users can follow market prices, review the trading options the system offers, and make use of the physical delivery process under the applicable conditions.

What is Pars Global Gold?

Pars Global Gold is an online gold trading platform operated by a jewellery company established in Türkiye. Through the website or the mobile app a user follows live gold prices, carries out online gold buying and selling in the products offered, and requests physical delivery of eligible products.

Every product traded on the platform is a physically backed precious metal product. The groups shown in the English interface are: gram gold (24 carat), 18 carat and 14 carat gram gold, kilogram gold bullion and kilogram silver, quoted in US dollars. Each product's carat, weight and bid and ask prices are shown on the trading screen.

In that sense the system works like a digital precious metals account: a purchase completes on screen in seconds, while the physical counterpart is collected in person from the İstanbul pickup points whenever the user asks for it. The company's registered office is in Bahçelievler, İstanbul, and the platform serves the Türkiye market.

How does Pars Global Gold work?

1. Follow the prices. Users follow live gold, silver and currency prices on Pars Global Gold. The market screen can be viewed without an account.
2. Open an account. Once the account is created and the identity verification steps are complete, the user can use the trading features made available to them.
3. Buy and sell. Buying and selling is available in the eligible products. Products can be bought outright or on the advance-payment basis defined in the Distance Sales Agreement; the account balance is funded by bank transfer.
4. Raise a delivery request. For eligible precious metal a user holds, a physical delivery request can be raised under the conditions available in the system. Raising the request blocks the corresponding quantity in the metal wallet.
5. Collect. Delivery and payment follow the terms and approval steps in force in the system. After approval an appointment is given, identity is verified at handover, and an invoice is issued for the delivered product.

Real-account trading hours are 08:00–22:00 Türkiye time; no real-account trading takes place on Saturdays or Sundays. The demo account is available every day.

Can gold bought digitally be taken physically?

Yes. For products eligible for physical delivery, a user can raise a delivery request. The eligible product, the quantity, the pickup point and the delivery conditions are shown before the request is made.

Delivery is by appointment from Pars Global Gold's İstanbul pickup points: Kuyumcukent and Kapalıçarşı. Once the request is approved the appointment date and time are given to the user; a valid identity document must be presented at handover.

Physical delivery is available on real accounts only. A delivery request cannot be raised against a demo balance.

Can I try gold transactions on a demo account first?

The Pars Global Gold demo environment helps users get to know how the system works and what the trading screens look like without using real money. Demo activity creates no real investment and no real ownership of precious metal.
